Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 October 2026

In short: Cat-O collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no chat. The game and the album photos are stored only on your device.

1. Who we are

Cat-O ("the game") is a game about caring for a virtual cat, made for the whole family, including young children. It is developed by Sergio Iglesias Leite, an individual living in Spain.

Contact for any privacy question: soporte@nutreefit.com

2. What data we collect

None. Cat-O does not ask for a name, email, age or any other personal data, and it sends nothing to our servers (the game has no servers). In particular:

3. What is stored on your device

Uninstalling the game makes the system delete all of this.

4. Reminders

Reminders are optional and off by default; only a grown-up can turn them on, from the Parents' area. They are local notifications scheduled by the device itself and never go through a server. There are two at most, never between 9 pm and 9 am, and they never make anyone feel guilty for not playing.

5. Purchases

The game is complete and free. There are optional paid themed packs: they are paid once, are yours forever and always sit behind the parental check. Apple (App Store) handles the payment with the device's Apple account, under its own terms and privacy policy. We receive no payment or account data: the game only asks the App Store which packs that account has bought, to give or restore them, and that answer stays on the device.

Cat-O has no ads, no random paid items, no countdown offers, and coins are never sold.

6. Children

Cat-O is made for children too. We collect no personal data from anyone, children included, so there is nothing to ask families for or to process on their behalf. Everything that leaves the game (sharing a photo, purchases or the Parents' area settings) goes through a parental check first.

7. Your rights

Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing to access, correct, export or delete on our side. You can delete photos one by one in the album, or the whole game by uninstalling it. If you have any question, write to us. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local authority.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy (for example, if we add something that changes what is said here), we will update this page and the date above. If the change is important, we will say so inside the game, in the Parents' area.
