Cat-O is a game about caring for a virtual cat, for the whole family: no ads, no accounts and no personal data. Here are the most common questions.

Where is the Parents' area?

In the Profile tab, at the bottom, tap "Parents' area" and answer the sum. It has language, sound, reminders, "Restore purchases", privacy and the version number.

Is my game saved? What if I change phones?

The game saves itself on the phone after everything you do. There are no accounts and no cloud: deleting the app deletes the game. When you move to a new phone by restoring a system backup, the game usually comes back with it.

Can the cat die or get ill?

No. If you don't play for days, he will be hungry or sleepy, but nothing bad ever happens to him and you never lose what you had. Your bond with him never goes down.

I bought a pack and it isn't there

Go to the Parents' area and tap "Restore purchases", with the same Apple account that bought it. If it still doesn't show, email us and we'll look into it. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

There's no sound

Sound is switched on and off in the "Today" panel on the home screen and in the Parents' area. On iPhone, the game also follows the side silent switch.

Reminders don't arrive

They are off by default. Turn them on in the Parents' area and allow notifications. They never arrive at night (9 pm to 9 am) and there are two at most.

It says "We couldn't read your game"

First try "Try again". If nothing changes, an adult can tap "Start over": the damaged game is not deleted, it is kept aside on the phone. Email us with your phone model and the game version and we'll help.

Privacy

Cat-O collects no data at all. Everything is explained in the privacy policy.
